How to Add Lucid Travel to an Event

  1. At the top navigation menu, click Events > Tournament Director.

  2. Locate and click the desired event.

  3. On the left-hand side of the page, under Event Configuration, click Travel & Hotels.

  4. Under Are you setting up hotels for this event?, check Yes.

  5. Enter the desired Lucid Travel URL for the hotel to link to the event.

    • NOTE: If you do not have a URL or to learn more about Lucid Travel click the Check out Lucid Travel link below the URL field.

  6. Click the red Update button to save the changes.

When updated, the Book Hotels/Book Now/View Available Hotels for this Event buttons within the Event will now link to the desired URL.
