Select Teams to Import
In "SportsEngine AES," navigate to Clubs > Teams.
Click Import Teams from SportsEngine.
Click +Add next to the team(s) you wish to import or select the checkboxes next to each team name to import several simultaneously.
Once complete, click Continue.
Check the Import Status column for each team.
A green checkmark will appear for teams ready to import.
Needs Attention will appear if the team information does not match.
No match found will appear if no team is found. In this case, a new team will be created.
Review Teams
To import successfully, you must review any Needs Attention teams. If unmatching information is not resolved, the team will be removed from the import.
In the Actions column, click the three-dot icon > Review pairing.
Adjust the team details as needed and click Continue.
If you wish to exclude the team from the import, click Remove team from import.
Review the Pair teams summary and click Confirm and continue.
If there are remaining pairing errors, select Go back and fix it before proceeding.
A success message will appear with the option to click Continue to return to the Teams page.
