After adding the SportsEngine HQ Integration and Season Management Integration, pair the SportsEngine HQ club teams and Season Management club teams.
SportsEngine HQ club teams will pull any teams if you are using a subscription and have either a public or private team.
Season Management club teams will pull the teams directly from the USAV Season.
Teams can be paired with their Season Management Team Roster individually or in bulk.
NOTE: Each Season Management Team may only be paired with one AES Team.
Pair Teams Individually
Within the SportsEngine AES account, navigate to Clubs > Teams.
Select the team to pair.
Click Add SportsEngine Integration.
A popup appears with a list of the SportsEngine HQ teams. Select the correct team and click Save.
A "Success! Changes saved." message displays when paired correctly.
If an error message is received, it is likely because another team is connected within the club. This pairing must be updated to solve the problem. Please contact support for any further questions.
Pair Teams in Bulk
Within the SportsEngine AES account, navigate to Clubs > Teams.
Under Team Details, select Teams to show the existing AES Teams.
Under the SE Team Name column, click the dropdown menu and select the correct SportsEngine team.
Repeat step 3 for every team you would like to pair.
When finished, click Update on the bottom left corner of the page.
A "Success! Changes saved." message displays when paired correctly.
