NOTE: Login Email can only be changed through the SportsEngine website.
Go to www.SportsEngine.com
Change Password
Sign in to AES.
On the top navigation, click on your name.
Click My Info.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Reset Password
From the sign-in screen, input your email address.
Click Next.
On the "Password" page, click Forgot your password?.
Input your email address again.
Select Reset Password.
Follow the prompts to complete the password reset.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, include one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter, and one number or symbol.
Change Login Email
To the right of your email address, click Edit.
For a new primary email, type in the new email address where indicated. To add an additional email address, click +Add Email > Type in email address.
NOTE: If you receive an error message that means your secondary email address is already in use. You can not have two SportsEngine accounts with the same email address (primary or secondary).
Click Save.
Navigate to your email inbox.
In your inbox, open the "Verify Email" and follow the steps to verify your email address.
