Event Configuration

NOTE: To create an event, you will need to have the Tournament Director – Add Event privilege and have Event Billing enabled.

To create events, you must request the needed permissions by filling out this form. If the organization already exists, you will need to receive permission from another tournament director.

  1. At the top navigation menu, click Events > Tournament Director.

  2. Click + Add Event.

  3. Confirm that the organization listed should receive the invoice for the event you’re creating.

  4. Click Continue to proceed or Contact SportsEngine AES to contact support.

  5. In the upper right-hand corner, select if you want to copy an existing event or create a new one by clicking yes or no.
