Once the SportsEngine HQ Integration is successfully added, run a USAV Import by:
Click Clubs.
In the left-hand navigation under Data Management, click Import.
Click the red USAV Import button.
Read through the USAV notes regarding the import and click Import.
The import may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the size of the club.
Once the USAV import is complete for the club, a notification will appear in the notification center in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
If a player or staff member or their membership is not importing it may mean that their membership does not yet exist or is not yet eligible in SportsEngine HQ.
If you make any changes in SportsEngine HQ, please run a USAV import to ensure that all membership information is up to date. Not all changes import automatically.
