I need access to manage my existing club.

An existing club director with access to the club can add permissions to other existing users in the club. See Permissions.

My 5-letter club code is already being used. Do I need to create a new one with each new profile?

No. If your club is already setup, there is no need to create a new club as this could result in you having to re-register for events. The system only allows one unique club code per region.

If you no longer have access to the existing club and need access, then we would be happy to reset your access after verification of your role. Please Contact Us for assistance.

I am logged into my club but my players and staff are not on their respective lists.

Players and Staff are not automatically uploaded. Each season you will need to use the Import to pull in verified members from USA Volleyball and/or AAU. A CSV import option and an individual Add Member option are available, however, it is recommended to use the USA Volleyball or AAU import because events may have roster requirements that only allow verified members to be added.

  • USA Volleyball-Affiliated Clubs – the easiest way to pull member data is by clicking USAV Data Import. ALL eligible players and staff in SportEngine HQ will pull directly. If a player or staff does not appear, check within SportsEngine HQ to ensure they are active, as sometimes players or staff are still in process. We recommend following up with USAV directly for most USAV Data Import questions.

  • USAV Volleyball Adult Clubs – Add players and/or staff during the roster building of an event.

  • AAU-Affiliated Clubs – the easiest way to pull member data is by clicking the AAU Data Import and entering your AAU club code and MembershipID. ALL active players and staff in AAU’s database will pull directly. If a player or staff does not appear, check with AAU’s office to ensure they are active as sometimes players or staff are still in process. We recommend following up with AAU directly for most AAU Data Import questions.

  • JVA – Add players and/or staff manually or use the import feature on respective pages. Follow the instructions and a sample import file under each user type (i.e. staff/player).
