Getting Started with AES

If you are new to AES:

  1. In the upper right corner, click Create Account > Create Club Director.

  2. Fill out the online form.

  3. Enter a "Club Code."

    • 5-character alpha code that is an abbreviation of your club name. USAV-affiliated clubs get a unique club code from their region. Non-USAV affiliated clubs can enter any code.

  4. If you receive a message stating the Club Code is already in use, please contact AES Support, as your club likely already exists.

If your club already exists in AES:

  1. In the upper right corner, click Sign In.

  2. Enter the email or phone number, then click Continue.

  3. Enter the password and click Sign In.

    • If you are having issues logging in, use the Forgot Password button to have your password emailed to you, or use the Forgot Username button if you are unable to remember your username.

  4. Once logged in, see the tools available to your specific user role.

Adding Players/Staff to Your Club

  • If your club is affiliated with USAV or AAU, take advantage of the data import tools.

    • USAV affiliated— from the navigation menu, click Import > USAV Import and enter your username and password. If you have any issues, use the Contact USAV tool.

    • AAU affiliated—from the navigation menu, click Import > AAU Import and enter your club code and membership ID. If you have any issues, use the Contact AAU tool.

  • If your Club is not affiliated with USAV or AAU, add members manually or use a CSV file to import.
