AAU Roster Validations & Member Imports Overview

Most Common Roster Validation

  • Validation: Roster members must be verified by AAU.

    • Description: The roster member is missing an AAU membership record.

AAU Import

The above validations may be due to missing AAU Membership information. Complete an AAU Import to ensure all active memberships are up to date.

To complete an AAU Import:

  1. Sign in to the dashboard.

  2. On the top of the screen, click Clubs.

  3. If you have more than one club, click the desired Club Name.

  4. On the left-hand side, under Data Management, click Import.

  5. Click on AAU Import.

  6. Enter the "Club Code" and "Membership Number" from AAU.

    • Be careful entering the correct club code and Membership Number.

  7. Click Import.

    • The import may take up to 1-2 minutes to complete.

My members have an AAU membership, but they are not verified by AAU?

  • If the member's AAU membership number was input manually, the membership will not be verified. Therefore, please complete the import from AAU again.

  • The member may not be attached to the club. Click HERE to add the club code to their membership. Once the member is attached, wait one hour, and then complete the import again.

  • The member is attached to the club and not verified on the roster. The member may be listed twice if their AAU membership information does not match their USAV membership. In this case, there would be two records in your player/staff listing. Only one of the records would have the required AAU membership. You must add the record with the AAU membership verified to any AAU rosters.
