If a staff member completed a JVA background screen but is not showing as JVA Verified, contact JVA directly HERE.

Both JVA and AAU background screens automatically update in AES. If an AAU background screen does not show in AES, you must re-run the AAU Import. Do not submit verification to JVA.

Most Common Roster Validation

  • Validation: Staff members must be JVA Background Verified.

    • All JVA members 18 years or older on or before the event end date must be JVA Background Verified to participate in JVA events.
