How to Add Players or Staff to Your Club

You must have "Club Director" access to add player and staff to your club.

If your club is affiliated with either USAV or AAU, please feel use the data import tools.

Affiliated Clubs [Import Process]

  1. Sign in to AES.

  2. Click Clubs.

  3. On your navigation page under Data Management, choose Import.

  4. Choose either USAV Import or AAU Import, depending on which organization your club is affiliated with.

  5. Enter your Webpoint username and password.

    • NOTE: Feel free to use the Contact USAV or Contact AAU tool if you have any questions or issues during the import.

Manually Adding Members [Non-Affiliated Clubs]

  1. Sign in to AES.

  2. Click Clubs.

  3. On your navigation page, under Members, choose either Players or Staff (depending on who you need to add).

  4. On the bottom right, click Add.

  5. Fill in all necessary and mandatory information, then click Create.

CSV Import [Non-Affiliated Clubs]

  1. Sign in to AES.

  2. Click Clubs.

  3. On your navigation page under Data Management, choose Import.

  4. Choose CSV Import.

  5. Check if the import is for "Staff" or "Players," then check the Import Type.

  6. Choose the file from the computer, then click Import.
