All rostered adults must complete a background screen from JVA or AAU to participate. If a user has yet to complete a background screen, upon registration, they will receive a validation error.
Both JVA and AAU background screens automatically update in AES. If an AAU background screen does not show in AES, you must re-run the AAU Import. Do not submit verification to JVA.
If you do not have an AAU Membership, you must take a JVA background screen HERE. Background screens can take up to two weeks to process and verify in AES.
